Tour Overview
Day 01
- Upon arrival, you will be picked up from the Delhi Airport and transferred to the hotel.
- You can spend the night at leisure and await the next day brimming with sightseeing.
Day 02
- Post breakfast, you will head out for a tour of Delhi, A UNESCO World Heritage Site which is a home to the preserved heritage of India.
- You will witness the timeless elegance of historical monuments like the Qutub Minar and The Iron Pillar.
- You will further visit the heart of Delhi, Connaught Place constructed with Georgian style buildings and packed with hotels, shops and restaurants. Then you will head to India Gate which preserves the history of the capital.
- Stay overnight at the hotel, curl up in your bed and rest for the night.
Day 03
- Post breakfast at the hotel, you will explore the streets of Delhi and some of the historical monuments.
- You will visit Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India that is a fusion of the beautiful red and white marbles.
- You will also go out for a tour of Old Delhi where you can relish the mouth watering local street food that will tickle your taste buds.
- The flavours of the authentic and lip smackingly delicious Mughlai food at Karim’s will dwell in your heart for years to come.
- You will also visit the National Museum preserving numerous works of art portraying the cultural heritage that will mesmerise you.
- Head back to the hotel and stay overnight only to witness the elegance of Agra the next day.
Day 04
- The palatable breakfast at the hotel will provide a perfect start to your day post which you will drive to Agra with a stop over at Fatehpur Sikri.
- You will visit Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site which was built by the Mughal Emperor, Akbar. With a glorious history, Fatehpur Sikri is home to numerous royal and beautiful palaces of historical significance built with red sandstone.
- After experiencing this beautiful site, you will continue the journey to Agra.
- Upon arrival in Agra, you will check in at the hotel and indulge in the whispers of relaxation.
- You will visit the Mehtab Bagh, also known as the ‘moonlit pleasure garden’ from where you can take the most perfect pictures of the timeless beauty of Taj Mahal.
- You will visit Kalakiriti, a cultural convention centre celebrating the cultural heritage of India and witness a show based on the life of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal.
- Spend the night in the hotel and await for the next day to visit one of the seven wonders of the world.
Day 05
- Early morning, you will head out for the enchanting sunrise view of the Taj Mahal.
- A sight to behold, you will witness the magical Taj Mahal draped in the magnificent hues of the changing colours of the sun casting reflections on this historical monument.
- Then you will return to the hotel for an appetizing breakfast post which you will take a ride to the Agra Fort built with red sandstone.
- The charming and elegant buildings inside the fort portray a blend of Hindu and Asian architecture, a sight worth witnessing.
- Then you will leave for Jaipur and check in to the hotel upon arrival. The evening is all yours to relax and make the most of your time.
- Stay overnight in this beautiful pink city and await the next day replete with sightseeing in Jaipur.
Day 06
- Post breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the Amber Fort, one of the most famous and beautiful attractions of Jaipur. A perfect blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture, this fort was a residence of Rajput rulers and has also been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Further you will visit the City Palace, built from granite and marble which is a perfect fusion of Medieval, Chinese and European architecture making it absolutely admirable.
- Then you will visit Jantar Mantar, one of the five astronomical observatories that is a home to the world’s largest sundial.
- While in Jaipur, you cannot afford to miss the Johari Bazar where you can shop for as long as your heart desires and buy the amazing jootis which are the traditional Rajasthani curled shoes.
- You can also witness Jaipur’s famous blue pottery, textiles and handicrafts that will delight you.
- Stay overnight at the hotel in Jaipur and await the next day filled with leisure.
Day 07
- You can spend this day at leisure relaxing at the hotel and just sipping cocktails by the pool.
- You can also head out and explore the city at your own pace and shop to your heart's content to take some souvenirs back home.
Day 08
- The eight day adventure concludes here and you will head to Delhi with a heart filled with gratification and sweet memories.
